Understanding the Sacred Body
Wisdom of the Ancestors and the Elements
“Bringing awareness to your body is like shining a purifying light onto all your cells. Awareness is your only healer“
If we are connected to our bodies, we are connected to the Earth.
It is the sacredness of the body that needs to be looked at again.
We realise our bodies are Temples.
In them, our lovemaking turns cosmic, just as the food and drink we
take in is harvested from the cosmos: a meal of sunlight and water, earth and
air, ancestor and space dust, bringing life to lungs and stomach and mouth and
feet.
Earth & Body
The body's form and functions can be considered our most basic guide to understanding the appearance and functioning of other cosmic levels, operating thus to generate and/or reflect them. In that way the metaphors and allegories relating the body to other elements in the world allow these elements and their combinations to be comprehended relatively easily, consistently, and with a plausible logic based on observing nature, and especially our bodies as parts of it.
If the body can be viewed as a microcosm, then its form is either a template for or a reflection of other cosmic levels, and its form is our only guide to the appearance and operation of these other levels, incomplete as this guidance may seem.
In order to understand the sacred functioning of the body, it is important to comprehend the basic concepts on which this system is based, which include a theory of evolution and our vital energy.
The Magnetic Earth
a dance of Oceans & Continents
The Breath of the Earth
The ancient Egyptians saw the earth as the magnet of the sky, or the attractor of celestial energy. They possessed a knowledge of the great cycles that integrate human life and culture with those of the earth and with the cosmic energies.
The earth inspires through the North and manifests through the south. The south is the place of potentiality and the origins of manifestation. Through stages of actualisation, the manifestation moves North as the movement from seed to fruit. (French Egyptologist R.A. Schwaller de Lubicz).
The Sacred Spiral ~ The movement of Creation.
Everywhere in nature this spiral form is present: the shell of a snail, the currents of a meandering stream or a flow of air, the bark of a tree, the unfolding of leaves around the stem of a plant, or the opening of rose petals. As the cells of the human fetus multiply and arrange themselves into distinct structures within the body, they also follow this patterning: the striations within bone tissue spiral downward, enabling the bones to dynamically transfer the force of weight falling to the earth; muscles wrap around the bones in a continuous network of spiraling movement; the heart itself is a muscle which spirals in and around itself; the fluids of the body, too, flow in currents, waves, and gushes, reflecting all the myriad spiraling forms of nature's rivers, oceans, and waterfalls." When the spiral plane is held tight we can have a feeling of being stuck or tense.
The spiral movement of energy can be guided through the body using movement, sound and intention. The spiral movement of energy is the same as the electromagnetic energy of the earth - and that is after all what our bodies are using here on Earth. We are a spark of the divine, but every second we are completely tapped into the energy of this planet - which is what sustains our life. Our life force here on this physical p planet, depends on tapping into the electromagnetic field of this planet.
The Rainbow Serpent & the Spine
The Rainbow Serpent
our ancestral creation story
The myth of the rainbow serpent corresponds to the creation stories of the
geophysicists: the last reversal of magnetic energy appears to have occurred
700,000 years ago, concurrently with a vast extinction of purification of life.
This oscillation Brough the spiralling, serpentine, positive magnetic field to the
South Pole. Nourished by the life-enhancing South Pole magnetic energies,
humanity may have emerged for the first time in this cycle in Australia, as
mutation evidence indicates, some 400,000 years ago.
The Kunwinjku people used the term ‘rainbowʼ to refer to distinct Ancestral
beings. One of these, Yingarma, is descried as the original creative being and is
said to be androgynous. She is depicted as a large, dense, active field of
energy. Yingarnaʼs firstborn is said to be the Serpent Nyalyod, whose long,
flowing body is like an energy current and who is also androgynous.
The serpent rituals among the Aborigines are reminiscent of the ancient
Egyptiansʼ worship of the female goddess Hathor, associated with the rise of
the life-giving waters of the Nile. In Egypt the rainbow was sacred to Hathor,
who is also the nourishing principle of universal femininity. Hathor had a cowʼs
body covered with vibratory waves similar to the Aboriginal designs painted on
the body of the Rainbow Serpent. All her creations were completed in seven
forms, like the seven colours of the rainbow. As the Aboriginal life-giving
principle, the Serpent stands on her tail like a rainbow, revealing the celestial
sources of her energy.

The Cosmic Octave, The Chakras and Source Energy
“Earth, Primary within the Five Elements
In the internal arts of India, China, and Japan the body is thought to be a composite of elemental forces; that is, its bones, skin, and secretions are made of the same raw materials as the natural world. The chakras derive from the elements that are associated with each bodily center and the feet are associated with the base element of earth.3 Celebratory passages from the Taittirīya Upaniṣad imagine a successive origination of matter from pure consciousness down to the solidity of earth associated with the feet and pelvis:
From the ātman manifests space, from space air, from air fire, from fire water, from water earth, from earth the plants, from plants food, and from food humankind.4”

The beauty of Creation is that it involved all aspects of existence, symbolised microcosmically by your own chakra system.
Chakras are linked to substantial nerve centers in the body, filled with emotional, spiritual, and psychological states of being. The Chakra system must be kept open, fluid, and aligned so that one's energy can flow and decrease the risk of blockage (Tantra Nectar 2018).
7 - Your Crown chakra is your most direct connection to God/Goddess/ All that is (Oneness). Through this chakra you become oneness, and receive divine understanding of yourself and all of existence.
6 - Your third eye enables you to see both inside yourself and beyond yourself.
5- Your throat chakra is your centre of self expression and creativity. It allows you to express and share you truths and inspiration with others
4- Your heart chakra is the seat of your glorious soul through which you are ale to bring your spiritʼs essence into form in the third dimension.
3- You solar plexus is the centre of divine will and surrender to right action. By surrendering your will to the will of your own Higher self and to Oneness, you act and serve in the world with and for others.
2 - Your sacral chakra is the seat of all f your feelings, your sensuality and your sexuality. Its natural expression is union with loved ones and Oneness = and it is through this sacred centre that you achieve communion between body, soul and Oneness.
1 - The chakra at the base of your spine is your centre for grounding, physical existence and instincts. The safety, security, health, and vitality of your physical body, temple for your soul and spirit, depend on a functioning and happy first chakra.
In the beginning was light; all things are formed through light. If there were no light at all on earth, if there were perfect darkness, there would be no life. Light is sometimes called the Son of God. In orthodox language, the Son of God means Jesus Christ, the beloved teacher, but this is a limited conception of the Son of God. Jesus was the son of God, true, but there are many sons and daughters of God. The Son is the spiritual Sun; it is within, behind and all round the physical sun. The physical sunʼs rays pour down upon the earth, giving life and light, and more than this, the sunʼs rays create harmony in nature, harmony in the spheres.
See from that Sun the seven rays, the seven colours of the spectrum. Each ray is connected with the Sun and one of the seven planets, and all work in the soul of man for the evolution, the growth and the gradual perfecting of the individual spirit.
A man is influenced all the time by the planets; these planetary influences play upon human life through the chakras which are the windows of the soul. Each chakra has a link with the planet and the colour associated with that planet.

The Sacred Sacrum
The Sacred Bones
If the human body can be said to have "portals" or loci of transformative power
where the body's interior is connected with the external world, and perhaps
also with the Otherworld, the sacrum in the pelvic girdle is likely one of these,
while the jawbone in the skull constitutes the other.
the human body has two "skulls" (bakeltik) --one at the top of the spine (bakel
hol) and one at the bottom (bakel kub), and that these skulls are connected by
a "serpent" (chan) which I take to mean the spinal cord or the vertebral column
(Figure 2).3 The two skulls are sacred, and ritually important because they are
seen to contain the essence of a person. The most sacred points of the body
are the mouth or the top of head (at the fontanel), and the base of the spine,
because through these paths the soul enters and leaves the body.
The Sacred Sacrum
The name "sacrum," designating the more or less flat bone with eight holes
located at the base of the spine, comes directly from Latin os sacrum, meaning ‘sacred bone'. While most bone names readily reveal their origins, it has long been a mystery why the sacrum bone (os sacrum) should be called the "holy bone."
In those Mayan languages for which we have translations of sacrum and
coccyx, the words usually relate the sacrum to notions of 'god' and 'sacred',
while the coccyx is related to 'fire'
Upon finding that some Mesoamerican Indian languages also named this bone
with words referring to sacredness and deity, one may well ask why societies
distant from one another refer to the sacrum as a "sacred" or "holy" bone.
Several cultures around the world assume that the sacrum participates directly
in procreation by channeling seminal fluid through the spinal column to the
penis, most notably ancient Egyptians and some cultures of India. Its location
on the body and the formal similarity of spinal fluid to semen provide an
observational basis for these conclusions. Even Leonardo da Vinci, with such a
fine grasp of human anatomy, must have made a similar assumption, for he
placed in his drawing of a human male a seminal duct leading from the sacrum
at the bottom of the spinal cord to the penis (Huxley 1974W64). Huxley, Francis.

Breathing the Sacred Bones
In regards to Postural Restoration there are 3 sacred bones that
are persistently striving for balance throughout the human body. The sacrum,
the sternum and the sphenoid are bones that are interdependent of each other
and their balanced function is extremely important in regulating multiple
systems of the human body to include but are not limited to the autonomic
nervous and respiratory systems.
Around each bone are paired bones. The sacrum is paired with the innominate
bones, the sternum is paired with the scapular bones, and the sphenoid is
paired with the temporal bones. Interestingly, these sacred bones are housed
within or on 3 cavities of the human body to include the pelvic girdle, thoracic
rib-cage and shoulder girdle and the cranium. Furthermore these sacred bones
are regulated by pressure! Respiration and or breathing is one of the bodyʼs
vital functions and under normal conditions occurs 17,000-22,000 per 24 hours
based on a respiration rate of 12- 15 breaths per minute. It means that during
this time there are around 20,000 rhythmic cycles of pressure (inhalation and
exhalation) and volume changes (pressure gradients) in the cranium, thoracic
rib-cage, and pelvic girdle. The sacred bones form an integrated complex that
is interconnected via polyarticular chains of muscle. These complexes regulate
and influence one another, meaning abnormal movement or lack of movement
of one will influence the balance of the other two. Furthermore the positional
and/or orientation of any of these sacred bones will have an influence on the
position of the other.
A portal into the Afterlife
The body has two ends regulating the passage between the inside the
body and outside of it, and at these two ends are portals. One end has the
mouth; on the other end are the anus and the water producing urethral orifice
(and in females there is also the entrance to the birth canal). Concentration of
power is in the bony 40 appurtenances surrounding these portals, and most
focally these bones are the lower jaw and the sacrum (sometimes including the
coccyx). On a slightly more inclusive scale, these bones are the upper skull and
the lower "inverted skull." A serpentine conduit, the spinal cord being protected
by the bony vertebrae, joins the two skulls. The vertebral column, because of
its durability, is where the power is presumed to be concentrated. The soft
portals of the body (mouth and anus) are also joined during life by a winding
serpent-like digestive tract composed of soft and perishable parts. Things
come into the body through the mouth portal, where they are transformed in
composition (destroyed) by the actions of the jaw. They pass through the
serpent conduits in the body (spinal column, intestinal tract), and they pass out
of the body, transformed in the pelvic portal (created) by the more mysterious
actions of the sacrum. The male body creates new life (ultimately delivered
from the sacral region, and according to some the sacrum proper). The new life
is then transferred into the female womb (itself backed up by a sacrum).17
A pillar of five fused sacral vertebrae within the pelvic girdle supports and
balances the human torso. This pillar, the sacrum, is attached to four more
fused vertebral bones together called the coccyx, but otherwise known as the
tailbone. The sacrum (or the sacrum and the coccyx together) is a pivot, a
support, and a focal center in the human body. Its flanking hipbones are
sometimes called coxae, and each coxa is composed of three elements--ilium,
ischium, and pubis--that are also fused together (Steele and Bramblett 1988).
It takes little imagination to see in the pelvic bones a skull, with eyes, nose, and
mouth (Figure 7), whether upright or inverted; even the sacrum alone
(particularly its bottom half) looks rather like a skull with protuberances and
holes that could roughly mimic the major facial features (Figure 8).
The ancient Egyptians, according to Budge (1978W914), Huxley, Francis. 1974
The Way of the Sacred. New York: Doubleday and Co. called the sacrum bone
(now more often spelled ), and this is the name for the backbone of Osiris as
well as the name for an amulet supposed to endow the wearer with the
permanence and stability of the backbone of Osiris. This name for the sacrum
is better known as the name for the "pillar of four capitals" that was identified
with Osiris, his backbone, and also the tree in which he was entombed. Budge
amplifies an explanation for this combination of meanings: Many peoples and
tribes in Africa have been in the habit of preserving carefully a bone belonging
to the body of some great or beloved ancestor, and there can be little doubt
that the is a conventional representation of a part of the backbone of Osiris,
namely the sacrum bone, which on account of its proximity to the sperm bag,
was regarded as the most important member of his body (1960W319) Budge,
E.A. Wallis 1960 The Book of the Dead. New Hyde Park: University books.
On the microcosmic level of the human body, it might have represented, to the
pectoral's makers, the doorway by which the soul could leave the body, while at
the same time it might well have been a doorway through which the soul of an
offspring could enter the offspring's body. In a larger sense, one could
speculate that it might also have represented the doorway to the fertile
underworld of creation. The lower portal is located in what is said to be the watery underworld.

Coherence
The coherent mode is reflected by a smooth, sine
wave-like pattern in the heart rhythms (heart rhythm
coherence) and a narrow-band, high-amplitude peak
in the low frequency range of the heart rate variability
power spectrum, at a frequency of about 0.1 hertz
The term coherence has several related definitions.
A common definition of the term is “the
quality of being logically integrated, consistent, and
intelligible,” as in a coherent argument. In this context,
thoughts and emotional states can be considered
“coherent” or “incoherent.” Importantly, however,
these associations are not merely metaphorical,
as different emotions are in fact associated with
different degrees of coherence in the oscillatory
rhythms generated by the bodyʼs various systems.
The term “coherence” is used in physics to
describe the ordered or constructive distribution of
power within a waveform.
The brain ~ Transmitter and receiver of Waves of frequency
Awakening Whole-Brain Functioning
The Brain: The brain: Transmitter and receiver of frequency
What is so unique about the brain?
Well.. the brain has been found to produce amazing magnetic fields that can create consciousness, beyond the boundaries of the physical, beyond the boundaries of time and space. When it is fully functioning, this is our very own embodied connection to the quantum field.
And it lies within the potential of each and every one of us to awaken all parts of the brain. We are all born with the potential of both normal.. as well as multidimensional functions of the brain. We just have to awaken them :)
THE SKULL AND THE BRAIN
The brain is made up of a fluid crystalline structure of ions (calcium carbonate and calcium phosphate). This is the organic structure through which universal frequency (aka spirit) enters into physicality.
(Extra info: Both the brain and the skull itself are anatomically structured to allow the spirit to resonate through it in specific ways.
The shape of the skull itself can be seen as a master piece of sacred geometry. The skull itself holds the shape of a 5 pointed star, as well as expressing the ratio of PHI throughout its structure.)
The COSMIC OCTAVE
You may have heard of the cosmic octave.. the rainbow body… our chakras..and many other ways the number 8 (infinity) comes back into the creation story.
If so, it may not surprise you to hear that the brain circuits also come back to the cosmic octave, with the brain carrying 8 circuits within it. And yes - these circuits also resonate with the 7 different colours, that they share with the chakras of the body.
These are red, orange, yellow, green, blue, indigo and violet.
Generally, the first 4 circuits correspond with Left Brain activity (earth), and 5-8 correspond with right brain activity (spirit).
Similarly to the functioning of the chakras, the different circuits come ‘online’ depending on your level of awareness (consciousness). SO, as you grow in awareness, your physical body actually grows in its ability to handle more inputs. It becomes more receptive, and you wake up to a reality that is ever expanding.
THE NERVOUS SYSTEM: THE BRIDGE BETWEEN REALITY & PERCEPTION
The nervous system, the nerves, are an extension of the brain ~ and they serve to strengthen the signals of the brain through the body.
The nervous system is completely separated from the rest of the body - they literally don’t make contact.
The only contact between the two is through chemical reactions, the transmission of hormones.
And hormones work in a crazy way too! They actually function as transmitters of frequency patterns.
The nervous system works on a specific consciousness level, and the physical body works on its own level of consciousness. These two levels of consciousness communicate through the chemistry of hormone exchange.
Think about that for a second.
This means that our reality is completely shaped by the hormones that run through our bodies! We interpret signals we receive through the use of hormones, hence it is our hormones that shape our reality.
You can imagine that these two systems need to be ‘in tune’ for all of this to work well.. and our realities not to be warped!!!!
So yeah, when we aren’t ‘in tune’, when the communication between these two systems isn’t optimal, we actually perceive reality to be different than what it is!
Therefore, being emotionally balanced is directly related to the correct functioning of this communication system :)
HOLOGRAPHIC
Science has shown that the brain functions via holographic principles. This means that brain function is not localised to a certain part of the brain, all parts of the brain have access to all information, and access to all function.
The brain is therefore more of an analyser of frequency, rather than an analogue processor.
The brain and the heart together produce and transmit electromagnetic activity and energy patterns.
The term ‘holographic’ also suggests the multidimensional activity of the brain. This leads us to ‘scalar waves’.
Amazingly, the brain has the ability to process and transmit energy in the form of these scalar waves.
SCALAR WAVES
A scalar wave can move in between dimensions, and can therefore be seen as a connection to ‘the void’, or the ‘primary vortex of creation’ (Dubro & Lapierre). A scalar wave moves faster than light, and is not restricted to the usual limitations of time and space.
As they are beyond time and space, it is through scalar waves that we can ‘create’ and ‘manifest’ our reality!
Scalar waves that are directed with intention create a scalar frequency pattern ~ held either in place by time OR by space. This frequency pattern in turn will ‘create’ our reality through resonance of ‘All that is’ with itself.
Scalar waves interact with the subtle fields that surround everything. So these patterns actually have the ability to have a specific interactive effect on the subtle fields of matter, and matter itself, not restricted day time and place - so able to have an effect anywhere and any time.
Through our frequency, our internal reality will therefore create our external reality.
THE TORUS
The energy field within your brain can be pictures in 3D as a donut shape known as the ‘torus’. The torus holds within it the sacred geometrical functions of the spiral and the infinity symbol. These geometrical shapes hold, and do not lose energy. The momentum within them is continuous.
You can imagine light and energy moving through this shape in a spiralling movement through this torus shape, and through the brain.
COMPONENTS OF THE BRAIN
The thalamus, hypothalamus, hippocampus, amygdala, hypophysis, pineal gland.
All these components must work in synergy to create the IDEAL magnetic field, the purest resemblance of your soul’s desires.
If any of these components is not active, then the brain can’t rcreate the correct frequency, and reach its highest potential effect.
ACCESSING WHOLE-BRAIN FUNCTIONING
So how do we access this potential?
The brain can perceive even VERY SLIGHT fluctuations in the scalar fields within the vacuum.
But to do this, the brain needs to have the pathways, circuits & portals available to it to process this high level of information.
This means WE have to give it access.
Our consciousness and intention leads the awakening of the different parts of the brain. So any visualisation that is direct at activating the different parts of the brain directly stimulates the electromagnetic activity of the brain. So our intention, and where we place our awareness, directly awaken the brain to create higher functioning fields of energy.
There is a lot of energy necessary to allow the network of the brain and the nervous system to fulfil its potential, its ability to express your consciousness into physicality. Therefore the higher our capacity of your nervous system to hold energy, the higher our capacity to create.
Activating Brain Circuits:
The many signals surrounding us are modulated by the brain. The way this is done depends on the circuits that are active in your brain.
Signals in the brain follow routes of preference, chosen out of many many thousands of possible routes.
These different routes have different electrical potentials, which are activated by the hormones secreted by the brain.
The secretion of these chemical messengers is under your control, as they can be changed through conscious action.
In this way, there is not a single thought pattern or emotional reaction that cannot be changed.
We can change the routes of preference in the brain, just by intention.
It is through intention that we can activate millions of brain cells, delivering a higher electrical potential to the brain, opening up the possibility of higher pathways to open.
Most human beings tend to only use 10% of our brain capacity in daily life. But by increasing our electrical potential, we can open up and activate these inactive cells. Opening ourselves to more ‘consciousness’.
By activating our brain cells, we increase our capacity to process information. This means we are increasing our consciousness and our awareness.
The highest potential is possible when all brain circuits are working together in resonance.
Peggy Dubroux and… describe the 8 circuits of the brain :
Circuit 1: Biological survival. Function: Endocrine. Fear stops access here to higher circuits. Ground rule: What is safe?
Circuit 2: Emotional. Function: Connected to the Autonomic Nervous system. Ground rule: Ego.
Circuit 3: Connected to time. Semantic. Function: Connected to the voice. Ground rule: Intellectual centre.
Circuit 4: Socio-sexual. Function: Bringing energy to the higher levels. Groundrule: Emotional centre of being.
Circuit 5: Neurosomatic. Function: Integrative, the whole, thinking. Ground rule: Processing emotional patterns.
Circuit 6: Neurogenetic. Function: collective DNA. DNA/RNA dialogue. Ground rule: synchronicity.
Circuit 7: Metaprogramming. Function: controlling the lower circuits. Groundrule: processing infinite realities.
Circuit 8: Non-local. Quantum. Function: out of body. No ground rules.
TANTRA: FINDING BALANCE & UNITY
Everything is interconnected and is a manifestation of the divine energy that rules the whole universe. It is the dance of the by-polar energy of Shiva and Shakti, the masculine and feminine archetypes, the Sun and the Moon, night and day, life and death.
This duality is found in everything that exists in nature, itʼs a never-ending cycle that remains in balance.
Tantra can be seen as the ultimate self-realisation tool to expand the consciousness and experience this unity, eventually liberating ourselves. Since everything has a divine nature, so do we. Every aspect of life, including senses, must be celebrated because it is part of this divine vision.
It is the ability to apply the Tantric non-dual principles to ordinary activities, being able to see unity, magic, the divine nature of things, people and animals.
Experience is needed because the realisation of our divine nature cannot only be understood with our minds but it has to come through our direct experience involving our bodies, our senses, our emotions.
Even though the common Western interpretation of Tantra is strongly linked to amazing sex, the majority of Tantric teachings do not refer to sexuality.
Even so, the use of sex to reach higher states of consciousness does not define Tantra. It is one of the tools available to reach a much higher goal, it is an instrument for spiritual growth.
In Tantra, the body is celebrated as a living temple and lovemaking can be used as a tool to transcend the physical level and reach this blissful state.
YIN & YANG:
Male-female coupling mirrors the interplay of yin and yang —> it creates and sustains life by creating a greater and more profound life for both partners.
Ever shifting nature of yin and yang can cause imbalances —> imbalances can be caused by factors that affect our bodies and minds such as stress, diet etc
YIN: feminine, receptive, enduring, transforming, inclusive, rest, more sexually receptive.
YANG: masculine, creative, initiating, activity, fire, more sexually aggressive
For the body to be in balance, and to be able to respond to appropriate conditions, both the parasympathetic and sympathetic nervous systems are needed to provide their opposing effects.
The autonomic nervous system is typically divided into two main divisions, the sympathetic nervous system and the parasympathetic nervous system. These tend to balance each other, offering opposite and yet complementary effects. The parasympathetic nervous system is that part of the autonomic nervous system that originates in the cranial and sacral regions of the spinal cord. The sympathetic division and the thoracolumbar division, is one of the subdivisions of the autonomic nervous system; often known as the "fight or flight system," it functions in actions requiring a quick response, dealing with response to arousal thus elevating blood pressure and/or breathing rate. The main actions of the parasympathetic nervous system reflects “rest,” in contrast to the “fight- or-flight” of the sympathetic nervous system
The Upward Journey of Energy
Although everything in the universe is the same energy, it functions at different levels of capability in different forms. The same energy functions in one plant to create roses; in another plant it functions to create jasmine. With the same material with which people made earthen pots we now make computers, cars, and even spacecrafts! It is the same material; we have just started using it for higher and higher possibilities. Essentially, natural evolution is a similar phenomenon: from the same material of this planet, what an incredible journey has been made, from an amoeba to a human being! It is the same with our inner energies. Yoga is the technology of upgrading, activating, and refining these
inner energies for the highest possibilities. Suddenly, your capabilities reach a level of brilliance that you never imagined possible. An accidental and limited life turns near-miraculous. But yoga performs an even deeper function than ensuring well-being at body, mind, and energy levels. Literally, yoga means “union.” When you are in yoga, it means that in your experience, everything has become one. This is the essence of the science. This is also its deepest aim.
We tell you now that when you get in rhythm with the universe, get in sync with the tune it plays the one song, then harmonise with that tune, you realise youʼre playing the same music just at a different octave. This one song, then calls in all of the power and creation ability of the universe to you. It literally sends the most amazing things to you. Your attraction capability and manifestation skills has more to do with being in sync with the universe than it does with you trying to make something materialise in your presence.
You see the resistance that you speak of is really just a disharmonic vibration caused by you hesitating to play your tune in rhythm with the grand universal song. To take your place in the universal orchestra of the oneness (the one song).
You see you were told your instrument was not good enough, worthy enough to play with the rest of the orchestra. That you, for some reason, forgot your tuner, your music and how to play the song. Now this is not possible as you were programmed with the song before you came here in your DNA. Before you chose to incarnate onto this planet. You were, are made from the song. The universal vibration is what made you manifest in physical form. Without such a song it would not be possible. It set the frame work and container for you to exist. Therefore one must assume you know the song, can play along in harmony and take your place in the grand universal orchestra.
Ecstatic Practices
Ecstasy works. Yet for a long time it has been underemployed. The
time has come to rediscover it. One moment of ecstasy can transform
your life. (Voices of the first day)
